Registration: The details provided by you to MemberSMS are important and must be accurate and complete. You agree to notify us immediately of any changes which are relevant by informing us via visiting MemberSMS and sending an email. Personal Details: We will respect your personal information and undertake to comply with all applicable UK Data Protection legislation currently in force. As a MemberSMS Service user you agree that we may contact you by email and/or text messages in order to keep you informed of any service related issues affecting your use of the SMS Service. MemberSMS acknowledges that the internet is not a complete secure means of communication. As a result, MemberSMS will not and is not responsible for any lost of confidential data. Other Details: Only one entry is allowed per person for the 5 free credits and the credit is non transferable. To qualify, however, the software download must have been between now and 31st July 2010.
Entries not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid. MemberSMS reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. The offer is available to any country in the world. |
