QUERY
I cannot access my Outlook contacts in MemberSMS.
RESOLUTION
There are a few possible causes for such a problem. MemberSMS will allow you to access the contacts from your Outlook or Outlook Express address book - as long as the contacts have a mobile number and email address specified.

If only a few contacts are not appearing, it is likely that you need to add email addresses for those contacts to appear.
If you are not able to see any of your contacts at all, follow one of the procedures below:

If you are using Microsoft Outlook:

1) Click on the 'Options' tab in MemberSMS.
2) In the 'Outlook Profile Settings' section, select the 'Outlook/MAPI' option.
3) Click on the 'SMS' tab.
4) Right-click on the 'Outlook' link and select 'Rebuild'.
5) Double click on the 'Outlook' link - and then click on the + sign below the 'Outlook' link.
6) Click on the + sign next to 'Outlook Address Book'.

Your Outlook contacts should then be visible.

If you are using Microsoft Outlook Express:

1) Click on the 'Options' tab in MemberSMS.
2) In the 'Outlook Profile Settings' section, select the 'WAB' option.
3) Click on the 'SMS' tab.
4) Right-click on the 'Outlook' link and select 'Rebuild'.
5) Double click on the 'Outlook' link - and then click on the + sign below the 'Outlook' link.
6) Click on the + sign next to 'Outlook Address Book'.

Your Outlook contacts should then be visible.
