QUERY How can MemberSMS be used for multiple users, i.e. to give access to all employees at a company, or all family members using seperate computers. RESOLUTION The account details and balance for the MemberSMS account is kept online with MemberSMS. This allows a MemberSMS account to be used from many computers by different users all using the same username and password. The application can thus be installed on many different computers. Note that the address book information is kept locally on each computer where it is installed. Users will thus be able to share an account balance but not address book or outbox information. Different accounts can also be created - if required - where one user can generate vouchers to pass credits to other installations (accounts). These vouchers can be generated on the website and redeemed on the OPTIONS tab in MemberSMS.
