QUERY
Messages are not being sent or MemberSMS appearing not to forward messages.
RESOLUTION
Messages not being sent is usually because sender ID has not been set.
MemberSMS currently provides you with the facility to set who a message appears to come from – known as sender ID.
You may register up to ten sender IDs and they can be names or telephone numbers. Please ensure to register all possible sender IDs that you may use. Note that failure to register your sender ID(s) will result in your text messages being sent with the mobile number used when you first registered for your account.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you, however this is a necessary procedure as part of our ongoing efforts to improve our systems for our users.
