QUERY What version of MemberSMS do I have? How do I get the latest update? RESOLUTION To see what version of MemberSMS you are using, follow these steps: 1) Right-click on the MemberSMS icon in the system tray. 2) Select 'Display version information'. This will show your version number. If you are using a version older than the latest release and wish to upgrade, simply submit a support ticket via the Support Website and you will be sent a download link (registered users only). If this does not solve the problem you experience, or if you experience a problem during any of these steps, please contact our Support Team.
