QUERY After installing McAfee firewall, MemberSMS generates 'failed to communicate with server' error. RESOLUTION 1. Open Mcafee firewall. 2. Select 'control internet programs' from the menu on the left hand side of the application. 3. Search for MemberSMS in the list and select the program. 4. Then select 'allow this program to have full, unfiltered access to the internet'. (These changes do not always take effect immediately and may require you to restart the computer.) 5. Run MemberSMS again after this. If this does not solve the problem you experience, or if you experience a problem during any of these steps, please contact our Support Team.
