I have lost/ forgotten my password and I cannot login.
To request password details, you MUST provide support staff with the following details via the Support Website (registered users only).
1. Your MemberSMS registered username.
2. Your MemberSMS registered email address.
3. Your MemberSMS order or transaction number.
Your MemberSMS password will then be reset for you.
If you have lost your password, simply submit a support ticket with the above information via the Support Website (registered users only).
