Balance Not Decreasing
QUERY
The balance in MemberSMS does not decrease and/or shows a question mark after the amount, e.g. "2078?".
RESOLUTION
There are two possible causes for this:

1. MemberSMS is set to work offline

This will occur if MemberSMS is currently set to work offline. To send your messages and see your updated balance, you must set the 'work online' option in MemberSMS:

1) Click on the 'Options' tab.
2) Select the 'I am working online' option.

After doing this, if you are connected to the internet, your balance will update within a few seconds.

2. The messages are not being sent

Credits not decreasing could also indicate that messages were not sent due to routing errors caused by unsupported features to a network or sending at charges that you selected not to use in your routing profile. If this is the case, you should see messages with 'Routing error' status in the outbox.
